Our Fairtrade products include a “fair trade benefit”. Our employees decide how to use it by means of an independent committee elected by themselves in a general meeting. This way, we ensure that all resources are allocated to projects for the benefit and development of our community.
All hands on Tequila
All the profits from our 1000 Manos Tequila go to the Manos Mayek Foundation to help our communities, in addition to being Fairtrade certified, which guarantees that our collaborators receive a fair compensation for their work.
